SHIPPING POLICY

All LEVEL ABOVE products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Current standard shipping rates may vary by product:

• Dad Hat: $4.49 standard shipping

• 11 oz Mug: $6.49 standard shipping

• Express shipping may be available for eligible products.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after production is complete. Express shipping speeds up delivery but does not shorten production time.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Tracking may take some time to update after the shipping label is created.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be fulfilled from different facilities and could arrive in separate packages.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.

DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES

Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package does not arrive, contact us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL], and we will help investigate.

LEVEL ABOVE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier and check with household members or neighbors before contacting us.
